Delivery & Refund
Due to COVID-19, all the orders will be shipped after the lockdown ends. Your safety is our top most priority.
- In case, you are not satisfied with our product, then you may return the product within 120 days (for sleeping pillows) and 45 days (for rest of the pillow categories), you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Make sure that the products returned are not damaged or spoilt with soiling, tears or stains.
- Kindly ensure that the pillow returned is in donatable condition.
- Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided by you within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.
- The refund policy’s terms and conditions may apply differently or may not be applicable on the purchase made from any third party or Magasin distributor channels like Amazon, Pepperfry, Seniority etc.
- The policy does not hold valid if the product has been purchased from an unauthorised source.
- The Magasin Management Team will make the final decision on refund. The company reserves the complete authority to refuse any requested claim if it doesn’t fulfil the terms and conditions.
- The refund policy does not hold valid if at least one of a particular product type has already been returned or exchanged by a customer/shipping address from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible to take on additional trials on subsequent orders of the particular product.
- Products shipped outside of the India are not eligible for return.
