  1. I don’t live in India, can I still place an order?

    Yes, you can! Please write to us at contact@shopmagasin.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9654005986 and we will guide you on how to place your order.

  3. Is registration compulsory?

    No, it is not compulsory to register to shop at www.shopmagasin.com. However, registering with us makes you eligible for exciting discounts and offers.

  4. What type of products does Magasin offer?

    We have Memory Pillows, Cushions, Bolsters, Ergonomic Pilllows, Travel Pillows etc.

  5. How do I pay?

    We accept MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. You can also use net banking, Bank Transfer and cash on delivery options.

  6. Do you accept payment through cheque/demand draft?

    No, we do not accept payments through cheques or demand drafts.

  7. What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

    If the merchandise is out of stock, you will be informed while you are trying to add the item to your shopping cart and it won’t be added. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care to pre order the product and our managers would be glad to assist you.

  8. Can I cancel an order?

    Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing it. Please contact us with your order reference number – refer to the “Contact Us” section for the contact details.

  9. Can I change the shipping address of the order?

    You can change the shipping address before your order is billed and shipped, by contacting us with your order reference number. Please refer to the “Contact us” section for the contact details.

  10. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise? 
    In case you are unavailable when our courier partner attempts to deliver your parcel, a second attempt will be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from you before returning your parcel to www.stylisda.com. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives at our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions at an additional cost if applicable.

  11. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

    If the parcel or the product is damaged or tampered with when you receive the parcel, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. You can call us or mail us at contact@shopmagasin.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  12. What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?

    Shipping is free on all orders.If you opt for COD facility then COD charges are ₹ 75/-

  13. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

    All our products are shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered in about 7 working days, tracking details are provided.

  14. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

    We will take utmost care and ensure that you receive what you have ordered. If you have not received what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  15. I am concerned about sharing my credit card number/details online.
    Be assured that we do not receive or store your card details. When you enter the card details you are redirected to the respective bank's secure payment site. The bank exchanges the data provided by you with your issuing bank through a secured socket layer. Your issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order.
