Shipping & Delivery

  1. Processing your order

    Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your Order ASAP! All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping. Please understand Processing time is different and Shipping Time is Different.

  2. Shipping your order

    For your security, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.      

    Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Of course, you'll want to know when your product is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Be sure to add contact@shopmagasin.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.

  4. Order cancellation

    If you want to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please email us on contact@shopmagasin.com and make sure to include your order number or call on +919654005986, within 24 hours.  

    We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. 
    That means that even if you contact us immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun.

    Note: Magasin reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities 

  5. Return & Refund Policy: "NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE"

    Please note, if you get a damaged product. Contact us within 24 hours and send us a picture for a refund. Refund will be processed within 7-9 working days and Magasin will contact the customer and refund the amount via account transfer.   

  6. Customers: What you need to know 

    • We inspect all returned items when they arrive.          
    • Refund will be processed within 7-9 working days and refund the amount via account transfer to the customer.          
    • Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded.          
    • If we fail to fulfill your order, a refund will be processed within 7-9 days. 
    • COD charges are extra.
