Magasin Memory Foam pillows carry a 15 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers) where we will repair or replace your pillow, at our discretion.
Magasin warranty covers the following when the pillow is used normally for its intended purposes:
- Defects in material such as shrinkage, deformity or sagging
- Splits in the foam material
The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:
- Physical abuse or damage to the pillow due to, burns, cuts, tears, stains, soiling, liquid damage.
- Comfort Preference.
- Pillows bought from unauthorized retailers.
- Wear and tear of outer cover, which includes Zipper, stain, shrinkage or any other fabric issues.
- Pillows kept in unhygienic or unclean conditions will invalidate the warranty.

- The first step in warranty claim handling is to submit proof of the problem along with the original bill and warranty card copy.
- You must return the pillow in question to us.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost, if any.
- On receiving the pillow, we will inspect the returned product and confirm the claim status.
- We will repair or replace your pillow, as applicable and ship your pillow back to you free of cost.
